2020 CHARDONNAY

100% Chardonnay, containing 30% of the famous Wente Clone from the notable Bodegas Aguirre Vineyard and 70% Dijon Clone from the Sblendorio Vineyard. This favorable wine was aged in neutral American oak barrels for approximately 8 months, while going through a malolactic fermentation. The result is an outstanding, “rich” chardonnay with hints of pineapple, citrus, and melon. This fine wine has characteristics of good acidity and a bit of honey on the finish.
